Meet Tina & Beanie!
Tina Howard - General Manager
Born in nearby Goose Creek, Tina has two grown children, and is the proud Mimi to her 4 year old grandson, Asher. Tina opened North Town Creek Restaurant years ago, but then shifted her career into nursing for a time. But Tina's heart has always been in the restaurant business. She has worked at Eva's for the past 5.5 years, and is a favorite among our locals. We are pleased to have Tina as General Manager.
Beanie Hunt - Kitchen Manager
Miss Beanie hails from Summerville and has been a fixture in the kitchen since the days of Mrs. Eva, having worked at Eva's for over 40+ years. Beanie fondly remembers working for Mrs. Eva back in the day! Beanie oversees back of the house operations as our Kitchen Manager; she oversees food production, and ongoing training of our kitchen staff.
