Born in nearby Goose Creek, Tina has two grown children, and is the proud Mimi to her 4 year old grandson, Asher. Tina opened North Town Creek Restaurant years ago, but then shifted her career into nursing for a time. But Tina's heart has always been in the restaurant business. She has worked at Eva's for the past 3 years, and is a favorite among our locals. We are pleased to have Tina as General Manager.
Miss Beanie hails from Summerville and has been a fixture in the kitchen since the days of Mrs. Eva, having worked at Eva's for over 40+ years. Beanie oversees back of the house operations as our Kitchen Manager, and works to ensure that all SCDHEC policies are upheld, along with oversight of food production, and ongoing training of our kitchen staff.
