Our Eva's On Main Family

Our waitstaff and kitchen crew work together as a family, just as Eva's staff did back in her day! Our goal at Eva's On Main is to serve a relaxing Southern Comfort meal just like home, but perhaps a bit better. Nothing fancy. Simply southern.

Beanie fondly remembers working for Mrs. Eva back in the day! Beanie oversees back of the house operations as our Kitchen Manager; she will ensure that we honor Eva's legacy by continuing to serve her old southern comfort menu, as well as a few Daily Specials.
